The Third UCLA Autonomic Nervous System Control of the Heart in Health and Disease Symposium brought together the labs that comprise the SPARC cardiac neural mapping consortium. (SPARC = Stimulating Peripheral Activity to Relieve Conditions and is part of the NIH Common Fund.) Dr. Habecker is the OHSU site director. Dr. Mike Andresen’s lab is also involved at OHSU.
